Now, with the support of Banc\u00f3ldex, we will bring even more agility and liquidity for Colombian families who deserve to see efficiencies in an industry that is traditionally slow and clouded by procedures and paperwork,&#8221; said Sebasti\u00e1n Noguera, president and co-founder of Habi.<\/p>\n<p>Habi reported that it will use these resources to continue to significantly increase its volume of buying and selling used housing in Colombia as it has done since 2019. With this, it will be able to offer an increasingly extensive portfolio to its clients.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Habi is the largest buyer and seller of used housing in Colombia.
