This is how you can access a mortgage with Habi and BBVA Colombia

Habi users who acquired a loan with BBVA will have access to the benefits that the financial institution offers to all its residential customers.

Habi, seller and buyer of used homes in Colombia, and BBVA joined forces to offer financing alternatives and help Colombians access their own home.

Thanks to this alliance, BBVA’s financial products for home purchases will be available on the Habicredit platform, which offers a broad portfolio of mortgage loans or home leasing.

New alliance to facilitate access to housing and financial inclusion

The specific benefit consists of a credit towards the first installment for an amount of up to COP$800k in a mortgage loan or COP$1MM towards the first leasing payment.
